I was absolutely blown away by this hotel! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by friendly and helpful staff who made me feel right at home. The location was absolutely stunning, nestled in the midst of beautiful nature. The hotel itself was designed in a sleek and modern style, exuding a sense of calm that was truly rejuvenating. The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and all the amenities I needed for a luxurious stay. The highlight for me was definitely the outdoor hot spring, surrounded by snow-covered trees. It was an unforgettable experience, soaking in the warm water while watching the snow fall around me. The buffet meals were delicious and had a wide variety of options to choose from. this place provided the perfect combination of comfort, luxury, and natural beauty.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a truly luxurious and relaxing getaway.

Stunning views and great spa facilities located close to nature reserve. This area of woods is a beautiful and peaceful retreat from the busy city. The rooms have large windows and balconies that offer an incredible panorama of the mountains. the spa facility offers many pools and several outdoor hot tubs to choose from.
The breakfast and dinner menus were not to our liking and lacked variety. The Wi-Fi was not very good causing a lot of frustration during our city trip.

We stayed in a stylish room surrounded by lush greenery. the buffet dinner and breakfast were excellent, top-notch food. the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the extensive onsen with different themed spas was incredible.
The bathroom was disappointing - cramped and not clean.

I had an amazing time at this hotel surrounded by nature. The staff was extremely accommodating and their English made communication a breeze! The amenities were top-notch and the dressing area was separated for male and female. The onsen was a real highlight with a spectacular view of the river. The food was delicious with plenty of options. Everything was spotlessly clean.
Everything was spot on.

Had a great Easter experience at this resort! the room was very spacious and the hot spring in-room was fantastic. Loved the amenities offered, especially the separate male and female dressing areas. the complimentary shuttle service was a huge plus, making transportation very efficient.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
